Canopy Leap is made by Ben Swieskowski. If you download it from the App Store, your use of the game is governed by Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula), together with these terms.
Playing the game
Please play fairly and don't attempt to reverse engineer, modify or interfere with the game. Gems, stars, items and other in-game content have no cash value and can't be exchanged for money.
Purchases
Any in-app purchases are processed by Apple and subject to Apple's terms. Refund requests are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Changes
We may update the game, its levels and these terms over time. If we make significant changes to these terms we'll update the date above.
